During the period of January 2021 through to April 2022, Steve and Elise supported the FSP Board in designing the programme plan, researching and presenting options analysis, and ensuring a smooth transition of services that included the TUPE of some 600 staff, a second generation outsource for Custody & Cleaning contracts, the novation of over 200 existing supplier contracts and data transfer for over 300 systems. The Programme was a success with all services transferring on time, on budget and without any service disruption and crucially no disruption to the policing services provided to the public.
